If you want weight loss quick, you have to be extremely committed. You should know that weight loss is not something that happens over night, and even though you are considering starving yourself, this is actually not going to help you lose weight too quickly.

To be considered healthy weight loss quick you should not attempt to lose more than 2 pounds a week. That is equivalent to reducing your weekly calories intake by 7000 calories, or 1000 a day. There are many ways you can do this. If you like to exercise you should concentrate on finding ways to exercise more, but your diet can be changed to match this goal.

If you eat around 2000 calories a day, your target should be reducing that by 1000 or working out and reducing the amount you eat by less. Say you want to burn off 500 calories through exercise, and then you should eat 500 less calories a day.

The first thing you should do in your diet is take out all the add sugar. If you drink one soda a day that's an added 200 calories to your diet! This is one of the fastest ways to reduce your intake. Also, try eating smaller portions through the day.

Avoid processed foods, and eat a lot more vegetables made raw. This will all help you reduce how many calories you eat in a day.

In the morning eat protein and fiber rich foods so that it makes you feel full throughout the day. This can also keep you regular, so that you are healthier.

Weight loss quick can happen quite easily if you are committed to it! Pay attention to what you eat and how much of it you eat. This will help you lose it all. Also, try and exercise, this will take some of the pressure off your diet!
