Losing weight()can be difficult especially if you are overweight. When you are overweight, you are more likely to need lose a lot of fat. Fat is a difficult thing to get rid of! There are, however,fat burning foods that can help make it easier for you.

The first type of drink you should add to your diet is milk. Sounds surprising doesn't it? Everyone tells you to drink fat free milk, or soy milk, but the regular milk is amazing for you. It increases your metabolism and contains the right amount of complex fats for your body to burn fats quickly and easily!

Oats are another good addition diet to your diet. This is again because of its ability to increase your metabolism. Oats are not easily digestible, making it the perfect thing to eat because it will keep you fuller longer. Eating a good amount in the morning could start up your metabolism for the rest of the day!

Adding cayenne pepper to your diet is also a really good idea. This is because it boosts your heart rate which helps you increase your metabolism. Some studies have shown that it has the ability to increase your metabolism by 25% for 3 hours!

If you add green tea and caffeine to your diet, you could burn an extra 80 calories a day. This may sound like a little, but it means you can eat a little bit more each day!

Salmon contains omega 3 fatty acids. This helps control hormones that you have in your body. Certain hormones it helps your body burn more calories throughout the day.

Turkey is a good source of protein it also lean. Lean proteins, with little fat, have been shown to temporarily increase your metabolism. Plus, they are low in calories, so you should definitely give it a go.
