Lunges
Many of use remember having to do lunges while in
physical fitness class in school. A couple sets of these lunges will help to shape and tighten the muscles in your butt. Do not overexert yourself at first, you want your muscles to build and develop. Within a week of doing these, increase your daily amount of lunges and see the results.
Leg Curls
You can do leg curls either lying down or standing straight up. When lying down you will have to use a leg curl machine. This machine is designed to help work out your legs as well as the butt. Standing up will simply require an
ankle weight and a chair or even a countertop. Lift the weighted leg and see how that extension reaches up your thigh and up to your butt. These exercises are a great way to feel the burn!
Step-Ups
